3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

6.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Bronze tier members receive up to 0.4% cashback, Silver tier up to 0.8%, and Gold tier up to 1.2%. Example: as a Silver member, if the net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

6.3 Tier Changes

Members may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on active participation and play history. jetwin reserves the right to review and change VIP benefits at any time.

Participation in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and all funds in the account may be forfeited:

• Attempting to collect bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Playing using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a third party's identity.
• Using funds from illegal sources or attempting money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff.
